Delivery + Shipping

CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM "FLOWERS + HAMPERS" COLLECTION:

Deliveries made between 11am-6pm. No timed deliveries available.

No AM deliveries possible. Delivery times will be determined by the courier run.

Online orders have a flat rate fee local delivery fee of $15, within 15km of Coolum. See list below for areas included.

Out of 15km of Coolum Beach delivery fee $25.00. (Hinterland and Rural deliveries require additional delivery fee. Please call.

Orders must be placed before 11am on Mon-Fri and 10am on Sat for same day delivery.

If recipient lives in a gated property or estate, a gate code will need to be provided before delivery is made. Failure of providing gate code may result in a redelivery fee or non delivery.

No deliveries available on Sundays.

Please provide a contact phone number for recipient. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at the front door, and recipient will be contacted to notify where the order is left. If we are unable to contact the recipient to access the front door because of a locked gate, gated estate or dog etc, product will be returned to the store and an extra delivery fee will be charged to redeliver the next suitable day.

Products purchased from these collections will be posted via standard Australian shipping within 3-5 business days.

Products from these collections may be purchased to ADD to Fresh Flowers + Hamper orders for local deliveries.

Shipping must be paid before your order is sent out.

Orders being shipped out to rural areas may require additional postage costs.

Please note: Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we use a private courier who specialises in flower care for deliveries (e.g not Australia Post). Our private couriers do not offer tracking numbers or tracking updates. They will only contact us unless there is an issue with delivery. Which we will then contact the sender or recipient.
